The role of leasing as an alternative technique of project financing

Abstract

In today's market economy, much of the investment in the public and private sector is realized through the use of project funding. One of the most progressive techniques for financing the activity of project companies is leasing. The paper clarifies its nature and peculiarities. Its advantages are outlined in comparison with the other sources of project financing. Relations between the participants in the leasing transactions are outlined. The role of leasing for the development and expansion of entrepreneurial activity has been taken into account.
