Abstract
The tourism is one of the most dynamic economical spheres in the world. It’s proper management, with the help of the sales promotion, which use does not lead to a negative effect on the level of consumer satisfaction, is a key moment in achieving a competitive advantage for the business organization. Introducing algorithms in communication with customers increases the chances for the realization of successful sales and improves the image of the organization. Proper selection, however, methods, techniques and tools is essential to achieve the intended result.
