Abstract
The high level of customer satisfaction is a function of the quality of services. In the condition of a highly competitive market environment, the income of the business organization is closely related to the number of attracted consumers as well as their successful incitement to commit a maximum number of purchases.
The author propose the using of a specific customer service algorithm that could be seen as an opportunity to increase sales success. Combining it with effective sales promotion tools could create a definite competitive advantage for the business organization and help achieve the basic tasks that are being placed on the seller of tourism services or products.
