Abstract

The effects of global warming create new problems for the development of tourism in Bansko – the most prosperous winter resort in Bulgaria and in the Balkans. It is recommendable that the tourist product that is being offered is diversified through development of alternative tourism – cultural tourism, rural tourism, health tourism, etc.
