Measurement, analysis and prognostication of personnel turnover

Abstract
The paper is devoted to a problem of increasing importance and actuality for the business practice on a world scale, and namely - the personnel turnover. On the basis of the negative consequences that it brings to the organization, the necessity of its management is outlined. This process is presented as a continuous succession of actions, always starting with diagnosis. In this connection the paper considers some of the diagnostic aspects of the turnover, and especially – its measurement, analysis and prognostication.
