Author Guidelines

EDITORIAL REQUIREMENTS

The text of the abstract and the article is in English or Russian in MS WORD.

Page format: A4 (210x148 mm), 25 mm margins (top, bottom, left and right)

Font: Times New Roman, font size 11

Line spacing: regular, text alignment: justify

Paper title – font size 14, bold, centered

Author name, author affiliation – under the paper title, font size 12, Italic bold,

centered. In case of collective authorship, all authors must be stated.

Abstract

Abstract is written in English, maximum 250 words.

The length of a contribution in prescribed format is 4-6 pages A4

Author’s name, author’s address, author’s e-mail

Quotation and notes writing:

Literature quotation in the text: author’s surname or authors’ surnames, year of edition. If it is a literal quotation in inverted commas, page must be given as well; e.g. Carver, Scheier (1994), or „…“ (Carver, Scheier, 1994, 253). If there are 4 or more authors of the contribution, you must give surname of the first author and „et al.“, e.g. Vyrost et al., 1995

List of bibliography is given at the end of the contribution in alphabetical order of authors.

 

CONFERENCE LANGUAGE

The official languages of the conference are English and Russian.

 

Submission Preparation Checklist

  1. The submission has not been previously published, nor is it before another conference for consideration (or an explanation has been provided in Comments to the Director).
  2. The submission file is in OpenOffice, Microsoft Word, RTF, or WordPerfect document file format.
  3. All URL addresses in the text (e.g., http://pkp.sfu.ca) are activated and ready to click.
  4. The text is single-spaced; uses a 11-point font; employs italics, rather than underlining (except with URL addresses); and all illustrations, figures, and tables are placed within the text at the appropriate points, rather than at the end.
  5. The text adheres to the stylistic and bibliographic requirements outlined in the Author Guidelines, which is found in About the Conference.
  6. If submitting to a peer-reviewed track of the conference, authors' names are removed from submission, with "Author" and year used in the bibliography and footnotes, instead of authors' name, paper title, etc.
  7. If submitting to peer review, all Microsoft Office documents (including Supplementary Files) have been saved by going to File and selecting Save As; clicking Tools (or Options in a Mac); clicking Security; selecting "Remove personal information from file properties on save"; clicking Save.
