Organizational development - model "Organizational cone"

Abstract
One of the most up-to-date organizational development models is called the "Organizational cone". The Swedish management consultant Bo Gyllenpalm created the so-called "Organizational cone", a model for representing and understanding relationships in organizations. This model is considered to be indicative of a new contribution to understanding organizational links. The present work examines the main components included in it.
